These rates do not include SC and Charleston County Sales & Accommodation taxes (12%).

All rates are for 4 people. $5.00 for each additional person. Children 6 and under free.

Rates subject to change without notification, plus tax.

Discounts for AAA, Good Sam, Coast-to-Coast, Escapees, Seniors, Active Military and Charleston residents.

Contract program with Passport America are for Water & 30 AMP Back-In sites only, (2 night minimum) plus tax and $6.00 services fee per night.

Discounts not valid on holidays and holiday weekends.

Cancellation Policy: 7 day cancellation - 1 night if within 7 days.

Rates for reservations made months in advance are subject to change.
